Very worst service centre. The owner doesn't look for his customer and most importantly to those mechanics who work whole day non stop in this scorching heat. I must say that the owner looks for money only. The sitting area for customer where there is ac but it's not working.... The service area only fans are there do u think that fan works in summer days.... You should provide ac specially in the service area so that the mechanic can work properly. Be a good owner so that ur staff love you. Photos attached

Staff Absolutely had no information about bike heating issue wasted 3 days without any improvement when asked about discrepancy they said I need to visit service head office also equipment's to test Fi and all for present bikes is malfunctioning giving all improper readings also vehicle is a mechanical item you all dont have to teach me you all have excuses for every problem

Never go to this terrible service centre, they don’t know anything and will even spoil your new vehicle. My scooter had an accident and it stayed with them for 2 months. They just changed a few parts here and there, and now my scooter has turned into a handcart—everything is ruined. Their behaviour is very good, but their work is even worse than that. Never get your servicing done here. Either go to Luit or Green Valley Yamaha for servicing. This centre is near my house, but I will never go there again. Grand Yamaha service centre has very good behaviour and experienced staff, and they do excellent work.And all the staff are very lazy, they don’t even know how to change a tyre. They completely ruined my scooter. They took full payment for the parts from the insurance, but the parts were not available with them, so they fitted parts taken from another scooter. This service centre should be shut down. If you want to keep your vehicle in good condition, go a little further to Grand Yamaha. Don’t go to this terrible service centre. Those who have already suffered must know about their work, their service, and their attitude.

Please explain briefly about the vehicle problem.

Never go to this service station . Behaviour is not good . They will treat you like they will work free for u . Also the location is very poor . You cant enter smoothly . So narrow bylane .
