Honda BigWing Guwahati

It was a good experience except the entrance. At the entrance construction activity is going on and therefore it is all muddy. Moreover, proper parking of four wheeler is not available and the entrance is not really welcoming. Construction activity is going on and they said that eventually things will become better. This is just a temporary setup and therefore in the online booking window the dealership name is not there at the Honda Bigwing Website. So, you can't make the booking through the Honda Bigwing Website. However, for the time being you can directly transfer booking amount to the dealership account or pay it through cash or card at the dealership. I was told that by October 2021, they will shift the Honda Bigwing Dealership to a better location beside the Guwahati Bypass (National Highway). It seems that they will be shifting to the 'Brahmaputra Harley Davidson' showroom location and rename it as 'Honda Bigwing'. As regards the bikes Deluxe CB350 and Deluxe Pro CB350, it must be said that the ride experience is butter smooth. Compared to RE Meteor (which is in the same price range), the Honda bikes are more maneuverable, less heavy, less bumpier, easy to ride and comfortable. Brakes are also sharp and better. However, RE unlike Honda offers a plethora of personalization and customisation. The delivery waiting period for Honda is around 20-30 days and for RE, it is 90 days. The pickup of the Honda Bike in higher gears is not as good as the RE Meteor. At least that is the impression that I got from the test drive machines. Looks are great. Personally I liked the single colour variant more than the dual coloured one. I wish the company offered a single coloured Red variant in Deluxe Pro. RS is also there. It looks sportier. I interacted with Mr. Noni Bhatta and Mr. Madhurjya. Both were very warm extremely well mannered, knowledgeable and helpful. They give a very warm and positive vibe. Really liked interacting with them. The negative vibe of the muddy, dirty, ugly and congested entrance is effectively neutralised by the positive vibe produced by Mr. Noni Bhatta and Mr. Madhurjya. I am giving 3 stars because of the dealership entrance and showroom location. For everything else, for the bikes, for the front desk personnel, it is 6 stars out of 5 stars. Once they make the entrance infrastructure more welcoming and positive, I will happily give 5 stars out of 5. I am waiting for them to shift the location to an exclusive Honda Bigwing Showroom. Then hopefully things will be much better. Presently, it is located inside Bimal Honda. It is not exclusive Honda Bigwing but just a corner inside a typical Honda Two Wheeler Showroom. Presently it doesn't offer the exclusive and premium Honda Bigwing experience. The personnel try their level best but the dealership infrastructure doesn't augment their effort but hinders it. The dealership must improve the infrastructure of the entrance and make it more welcoming. The entrance creates an immense negative vibe and that doesn't speak well of the dealership. They also must make necessary arrangements to shift to the proper Honda Bigwing Showroom. The machine is good, the personnel are great but the feel of the showroom ruins everything. Moreover, presently the after sales service will be provided the Honda Two Wheeler service centre and not the Honda Bigwing service centre.

Purchased honda highness on 25th aug 2021 Sales person- madhurjya, and finance guy - amit, were very cooperative. They really sold me the vehicle. They dont ask you to choose your own number plate (they should). I made that mistake. Now I will be gettin a random number. They will not provide extra helmets. I asked them 3 times. As per rule 138(4)(f) of the central motor vehicle rules, 1989, they should provide two standard helmets to their customers who purchase new vehicle from their store. PS doesnt feel like a big wing. Just a normal roadside showroom. Edit: almost forgot to mention, they dont have spare helmet. So bring your own helmet for test ride. Also, Test ride distance is like 100 meters. lol
