My garage owner told me about this shop. They told that i can ask the prices about the items issued against my RC. But these guys responded very rudely and denied it !

Worst experience in my life from a store keeper or its worker as i have purchased some car parts and one of the part was damaged so I wanted the replacement but the store keeper was like I am giving harassment to them as I have lister some parts but not purchased some of them and again he was like don't compare me with other store keeper guys what is this going on in Guwahati city the storekeeper are like boss of the customerwith no good behaviour, wanted to scold him but as I am not that kind of person so I stopped and for you the store keeper don't think that I am afraid of you as I have much important wor to do so I have spared you bakwas admi with no manners don't shop out there

my friend ordered an Starter Assembly and showed them the RC of the vehicle so that he get the right part of the same vehicle so after looking at it they delivered the parts and promised if it doesn't match the parts on the vehicle they will refund the money or exchange but when my friend went to return the product since it doesn't match the part they refused to refund the money and on the otherhand the Manager and the workers were very rude..... never buy anything from this store first they will talk nicely and hand over the item even if it doesn't match the product saying if it doesn't they refund or exchange but they don't do that accordingly... This line i am writting to your reply since you guys disabled the reply or comment section...the package was okay and everything we even came with the receipt as well...i didn't know you guys are liar as well don't want to admit and don't want to improve..i think you guys just want to sell even if someone want something and still you will claim to have it and deliver something else when the time comes for returning you guys are blaah blaaah

Their parts are more local than real Its like "kaam chalane k liye" I took hyundai grand i10 parts like 1 radiator carrier 2 mud guard 3 wheel mud cover case And the fittings are just not perfect
