Good service had wonderful experience

It has been a good experience at Lohia Hyundia Service Center Boragaon Location. Service Team is quick and responsive, hospitality also is a key point at this service center. I did our venue servicing on 26th October (Saturday). It was so unconvincing and disappointing service in Lohia Hyundai, katahbari. Service advisor was Paresh kalita and service manager was Surjit ray Majumdar. After 2 days of servicing, the engine started heating up and it was impossible to drive. I took the car to the service centre and they kept the car overnight and the next day they said that they have to change some parts and it costs around 20 thousands and it was going to take around 15 days or even more than that. So I took the car out of the service centre and got the car checked by a mechanic whom I know. And later on, we found out that, someone in the service centre put mobil in the coolant. Therefore, everything was a mess. Engine was heating up so much. We had to pay extra for fixing the problems that they created. We had to waste our time, energy and money. And even after complaining, they didn’t even care. Very shady things they do there and they pretend like that are helping you but they want to rob money out of costumers.
