Poor quality of service too much waiting time after that also the result is zero,from last 8years(2018) i have been visiting this oja workshop before the quality & work was good and now their waiting time and the quality of work they r providing is zero. After giving them so much time for the same problem repeatedly, i have been visiting this workshop this is unexpected, i am sad to say that they are so useless at their own profession they can’t even fix the alignment of a 2018 hyundai verna , Before only i thought to give this feedback but , human make mistake so i gave them lots of chance to make this right but they r irresponsible and doing this again n again i am annoyed with their works& performance. Due to them i faced lots of losses tyres etc. so kindly i request who ever is seeing this if your a genuine car lover don’t visit this workshop they just misguide and somehow handover the vehicle to owner with some sugartalks & ofcource the ratting of their workshop that matters so much they are genuine in that they won’t forgot to tell you to give 10/10 after that the customer doesn’t mean anything to them. Don’t visit OJA HYUNDAI SERVICE BASISTHA CHARLIE . From today 02/03/2026 I am sad to say that i will be no longer customer of OJA HYUNDAI BASISTHA CHARLIE (service centre) and thnks to oja basistha service for this poor quality and wasting my time.

My car was delivered only on the second day, despite the advisor clearly promising same-day delivery. Even on the second day, the work was not carried out properly and lacked professionalism. When I tried to contact the advisor Sidharth roy multiple times to clarify these issues, he consistently ignored my calls and was completely unresponsive. but the overall experience reflects extremely poor service standards at Hyundai Basistha. Additionally, I received a call from a lady representing Hyundai for a service feedback rating. When I honestly stated that the service was worst with respect n she attempted to avoid the conversation instead of addressing the concern, which further added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional, and it does not meet the service quality one expects from a brand like Hyundai.

The customer service is really poor; they don’t even bother to answer the calls. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve tried reaching them multiple times, but there’s no proper response at all.

Pathetic service… for regular service they took my 9 hours.. from 9 am to 7 pm.. and only at the billing counter you will know what work was done.. however you are not sure whether they actually done it or not…

It was a nice experience in Ojha Hyundai getting my car serviced everytime I visit. And to be honest I am very satisfied with my Hyundai creta till now i have driven UPTO 62228 km

My Hyundai i20 Active is reliable and practical for daily drives. It’s got decent pep, gives me 14-16 kmpl, and handles city roads well with its higher clearance. The touchscreen with CarPlay is user-friendly,rear legroom’s a bit tight, and some plastics feel cheap, but overall, it’s a solid, fuss-free car.
