Mukesh Hyundai, Bijoynagar

Extremely disappointed with the service at this centre. We bought a second-hand i20 Active from Mukesh Hyundai with the promise of six months of free service. But when we took the car in, we were charged nearly ₹4,000 for vague and unnecessary items. The staff seem more interested in extracting money than providing honest service. Totally unacceptable would not recommend. The service manager or whoever he claims to be, is the real cheat. On the other hand, the cleaning staff are good at their work, and even the maid was polite she offered us tea and water.

Good servicing centre. Staff are polite. Well managed. Its a bit costly. Anyways Hyundai services are always costly 😅😅😅 Its right one the main road while entering bijoynogor. Very accessible.

I would like to share my bitter experience at this showroom. Firstly there is no professionalism atol with the staff . Recently I bought a i10 nips from them but the car got delivered after 20 days from the date my emi got deducted. This thing I still didn’t mind . But the most disgusting thing they did to us was the misinterpreting that they would exchange our old car for 80 k . But the previous day of delivery they denied saying that they cannot exchange our old car. This bought us utmost difficulty in managing with our finances . Such staffs aren’t fit to be in showrooms who give false promises to customers and allure them to buy new vehicles. I think this are punishable offences and the higher management should take actions on them . For sure e we would never want to go back to this showroom again .

Worst service. Only works for earning money. During every visit they offer only to take services for various other jobs but did not work properly on the job for which customer already paid. Handed over car after repairing without proper checking.

Easily noticeable from NH37. Bijaynagar Uparhali. Purchased my New Santro from this store. But I felt disappointed when the commitment made by the sales authority was not fulfilled on date of delivery of my car. Me and my friends sensed a preplanned drama when we visited the store that day..

Very good place. They gave a huge benefit here . Nice place to buy a car. Very clean . Nice experience on buying a car here.

Got my second servicing done.. Had a nice experience.. Staffs were good and ready to help..

The staff behaviour is excellent. The servicing facility is also awesome.
