Mukesh Hyundai Workshop

Visited Mukesh Hyundai on 14 September and was extremely disappointed. Parts prices were quoted at an exorbitant rate. What's worse, the mechanic and Karambir Singh seemed to be colluding, demanding commission from customers. Unprofessionalism at its peak. Unless the management takes immediate action to rectify these issues, I would strongly advise against visiting this service center. Disappointing experience. Later, I got my vehicle repaired at Oja Hyundai, conveniently located near Megha Plaza, Basistha Chariali

The compound of the service centre is very unhygienic, water lodging area with the entrance and washing area and car parking area on ground. I have never seen such type of primitive Hyundai showroom/service centre. You can't stand well on ground for a minute. Very old infrastructure and poor hospitality to the customer. You feel your car standard degraded while it was park on a muddy/kichar area.They also don't provide a small bottle of water, simply provide a glass of water from dispenser camper from open public use. Only I feel positive that the Staff and workers that are good and cooperative.

Worse experience. My vehicle kept at Mukesh Hyundai for two months still problem is not solved. More issues compare to before One of the oldest service centre but not up to the mark

Great staff but sometimes require a more than enthusiastic involvement from the customer side.
