Today we reach your DTDC office here your officials tell us to buy your own cartoon or bags for courier, and there behaviour is not so good , we are government officials. They bound us to pay for 5kgs but our luggae Weight is approximately 3kg. We have a very bad experience there.

I wish I could provide negative ratings. The lady on the phone is one of the most unprofessional people on earth. She doesn’t listen to what the customer has to say and if somehow someone asks her any damned questions; she simply slams down the phone
