My experience with Circuit City was one of the best experiences I ever had in a retail outlet in Guwahati. I purchased 65 inches LG G5 OLED TV on 05.10.2025. The first piece which was delivered to me had broken screen. When I reported the matter to Sh. Narendra Soni ji who is the owner of Circuit City, he took responsibility for the default product and delivered me a fresh product within few hours on the same day. He also made sure that the installation was done on the same day itself. It impressed me because Sh. Narendra Ji left no stone unturned in fulfilling his commitment towards the customer. This is called true professional business commitment. From next time Circuit City will always be on top of list whenever I feel the need to purchase any LG products. And not to forget the other staff members of the outlet are equally helpful and dedicated in providing the best service to their customers.

I purchased side by side refrigerators from this showroom and glad to share with you I got price lower than online, got cash back 8000 and 3000 rupees under mega celebration scheme. The entire staff and owner is very friendly and honest. Strongly recommend. Thank you circuit city chandmari

Owner is very Rude. I Paid 2 days in advance for an LG JS18QAUXA2. They have installed with faulty drainage pipe with severe leakage making my room full with water puddles. Re iterating owner is super rude. Also, I was not even informed about the additional charges to be incurred for outdoor unit clamp fixing and additional wire/pipe charges, which is around INR 3K. I am escalating this issue to LG.
