SHREE GOBINDA TVS

I purchased my TVS Jupiter on September 16, 2025, and today, October 16, 2025. I am posting my complaint to the dealer that I have not yet received the number plate after 1 month. The dealer's employee's response is even WORSE. I don't know what to do or whom to contact. Requesting higher authorities of TVS to please look into this matter. Thanks!!

NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE !! Staff: - 0 Professionalism: - 0 Bought a scooty recently, and while the purchase process was smooth, faced an issue within a few days. The dealership simply directed me to the service center without much assistance or courtesy. Had to sort it out at the service center myself. Worst TVS dealership I have come across!!!

Good service but ambience is not upto the mark. As in the customer waiting area no fan is there even.

Don't visit this dealership and in their service centre your vehicle were damaged by their mechanic, Very poor service and dealership I see all via compare to other vehicle dealers, I suggest Don't buy Any vehicles because their staff have bad behaviour and don't know how to make deal, and also don't go for get vehicle service at centre because they give poor service, Owner can't receive your phone calls and the agents looted you if you buy.

Very disappointed with the behaviour of the sales executive as if we r planning to take the Scootie without money . I mean like there’s no point of spending money in these type of showrooms where there’s no respect for the customers.. the Sales person had lack o knowledge regarding the models as well

Terrible customer service. I had gone to purchase an ntorq but I had to ask for someone to give me the details regarding the purchase. The sales person had his mouth full of pan masala and couldn't utter a word properly. Moreover no following of covid protocol was followed not even wearing of masks by any of the staff. Better choose a different dealer.

Worst service centre. Unprofessional staff. They will damage you bike/scooty.

Worst place. They tried to change the good parts with defective one. Showroom is very dirty and staffs are unprofessional. Don't go for it.
