Savera TVS showroom is one of the best TVS showrooms in Guwahati. They offer great deals, excellent service, and the staff is very responsive—especially Rizawl. I’ve purchased two-wheelers from them twice, and both experiences have been completely satisfying. Never been disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Savera Showroom in Guwahati. The staff came across as quite unprofessional and uninterested in helping customers. Basic queries were answered reluctantly, and there was a noticeable lack of proper communication and customer service. Instead of guiding me through the details of the TVS Jupiter, the employees seemed distracted and unengaged, which left a very poor impression. A showroom is supposed to make customers feel confident and informed about their purchase, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the management works on improving employee behavior and customer handling, because the current experience is far from satisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend this showroom unless the service improves.

I had a very disappointing experience at this showroom . When we went to take delivery of our bike, there was a complete lack of communication among the sales staff. My husband took a test drive and finalized the bike, but after two hours, another sales person informed our sales person that the same bike had already been prepared for another customer. As a result, we had to wait for almost seven hours, and the bike was finally delivered at around 8:50 PM. Overall, my experience at this showroom was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend anyone to visit this showroom.

I want to report my pathetic experience at Savera TVS Sundarpur. I called the showroom and a sales associate named Madhumita Pathak picked up and said that RR310 is available for test ride. I went to the showroom and after waiting for almost 30 mins they were told me the bike is not available for test ride. The sales person are clueless and don't know shit about their own stock. They didn't even know that the blue colour variant was available for RR310. The knowledge and the behavior of the sales executives are pathetic. Very disappointed. I highly recommend everyone to visit some other showroom of TVS in Guwahati, hopefully they are better.
