TVS Service Centre

I had a very disappointing experience at this service centre. After servicing my TVS Ntorq, I started hearing a cranking noise that was not there before. I’m not sure what was done during the service, but it feels like something may have been replaced or altered without proper explanation. I expected better transparency and quality of work. Unfortunately, this experience has broken my trust, and I will not be visiting this service center again.

This TVS Service centre is just nonsense they don't have any parts Of any TVS Vechile .. I went to their centre for my Apache RTR 160 to fix the issue but they don't have any parts Of Apache also wasted my Time ...

The TVS company and their service is very bad. I found the problem with my Ntorq Scotty from the first day and I have been complaining to them but they are taking it very lightly and told me not to worry, we will look into it in the first servicing. My problem is that when two people sit on my scooty, the silencer pipe gets stuck in the body of the scooty and makes a very bad noise while driving. After seeing the problem they said, don't worry, it's our fault and we just have to hit the pipe to bend it. I said, whatever you want to do, give me a document that you are doing it but they said they can't and I said okay. Please dont buy TVS scooty ❌

This service centre doesn't even deserve 1star. The mechanic's are so professional that they even can not find what the problem is. Worst service centre ever visited nor there is fan in their waiting room. Please don't visit this service centre ,they will worsened your bike/scooty.

Everything is bad Behavior Service Staff Everything

Staffs are very unprofessional and not convicted. The parts are expensive not given discount compared to other service centre. I have visited 3 times for a small issue in my bike yet they couldn't solve. They don't even wash after servicing

Worst experience . Extremely unprofessional. My Apache 200 4v got wt 12000km got slower after servicing . And they are asking extra 800 to increase pickup after being paid ₹ 2000 alrdy .

The most worst service centre i have ever experienced in my life, i gave my ntorq for servicing engle oil and paid for it but after 5 days i found there is no engine oil on my ntorq and now my ntorq engine is ceased. This is very worst servicing centre of tvs they play with customers feelings like this this is very unacceptable. Please don't go to this service centre whoever is reading this comment.
