They took 7 hours just for a normal service. No one takes any responsibility of the delay in work. They dont follow serial numbers and simply make you wait for 7 hours. 0 star if there was an option

I appreciate the sales person Babu he is very active and very much sincere in his work. His dedication towards customers is very attentive. Thanks to babu who delivers the vehicle in the stipulated time. And apart from that I also thanks to Bimal Auto Agency for the cooperation of the team.

Had a great experience at Bimal Auto Agency, Adabari, Guwahati. The sales representative greeted us at the entry itself and walked us through the entire visit with politeness, clarity and patience. What I liked most the access to the washroom as my 5 year old daughter was in need of it. However would suggest to keep the washroom cleaner.

I have purchased a car ( WagonR ZXI Plus )from BIMAL AUTO AGENCY, through outlet branch at Karimganj, Assam. Their staff are very active & co-operative .

I’m posting this after 3 months of servicing of my SWIFT VDI car It was very pathetic servicing experience They even did not changed the fuel filter, air Filter and charged for all the mandatory spares. The most important fact was that they tightened the AC fan with locking wire can you imagine serving agency can do that. I really request you all not to visit such type of non bothered serving centre

Recently gave my wagonR vxi for servicing and faced some worst issues after. They literally broke away parts of the car, like the dashboard, the gear plastic, and even the cup holders. Also now when at a lot speed, the car vibrates a lot. All this for 10k !???? Lol a big disgrace. Their workers will soon receive a nice one from me, once I visit that way.

1st servicing , my car seats became dirtier, don't know what they dropped while cleaning. The lady there in the reception, took my phone n gave a 5star review herself...😂 telling me I can edit it later. But , overall good experience👍 , didn't have to wait much, was offered refreshment while waiting in the customer lounge n good behaviour of the staff.
